Custom built-in storage systems, including overhead racks and wall cabinetry. Interior finishes, including epoxy floor coating and custom shelving. Installation of energy-efficient insulated garage doors with remote access.
Electrical & Security Systems
Electrical system enhancement for workshop functionality and lighting. Security and motion-sensor lighting system integration. Systems installed include electrical upgrades, automated garage door system, motion lighting, and enhanced ventilation.
Challenges & Solutions
The primary challenge was maintaining driveway flow while integrating the new garage seamlessly with the home's exterior architecture. To achieve this, a custom exterior design was developed to align with existing siding and rooflines. The driveway was extended and graded to improve accessibility and drainage.
